What Are Norms ?

If don't know what the norms are you really should, because every work space has norms, and those norm's are the things that you normally do, most, of the time that you are there, everyone has there own part and its what you are normally doing that is the norm. It's important for a group to have norms, like consistency,  and steps you have to follow to keep everyone on track all the time and no one gets lost.
